During each course, you will focus on the same case study to provide continuity as you build your learning and knowledge through each stage of the litigation process. You can either select the course most relevant to you or work through the four courses in chronological order.
Complete practical challenges
You will complete a range of challenges to help you better understand the litigation process in clinical negligence and personal injury work. By the end of the course, you will understand your responsibilities to the court and be able to fulfil these duties with integrity and confidence.
The medico-legal courses will give newcomers an insight into the practicalities of expert witness practice and support existing medico-legal experts with professional development.
