Welcome to our lunch and learn sessions. We’re delighted to present a series of APIL accredited educational webinars for legal professionals specialising in clinical negligence claims. The speakers are healthcare professionals who have completed our Inspire MediLaw two day expert witness training and have shown an interest in providing educational sessions on their area of expertise. By attending these sessions you will gain a deeper understanding of the clinical aspects of a claim, enabling you to more effectively evaluate claims, establish breaches of duty and causation.
The webinars will be 50 minutes long with 10 minutes for Q&A and cost £35 + VAT. The webinars will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make the day and time then we can send you the recording so you don’t miss out.
The first series is on Maternity care and will be delivered by Abigail Luck, Midwife, Registered Nurse, Expert Witness and Maternity Advisor/Investigator/Trainer.
