Norma Findlay

Norma graduated in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy.  Her initial posts were within a hospital setting covering medical admission wards, cardiology, orthopaedics and oncology.

Normal then worked as a community Occupational Therapist and Case Manager for several years co-ordinating care, major adaptations, therapeutic plans and equipment provision.  She specialised in complex care needs including moving and handling and worked with children and adults.  Norma spent 2 years working in school education as an adviser to main stream schools in supporting children with disability.  She co-ordinated moving and handling policy and procedures during this time working with children and families in special schools, mainstream and out of school clubs.

Normal has undertaken medico-legal reports and manual handling reports since 2012.
