Mr Manoj Sen

Mr Sen MBBS,FRCS, FEBSQ (Fellow of the European Board of Speciality Qualifications in Colorectal Surgery ) is a highly experienced Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon specialising in general, colorectal and all aspects of emergency surgery. Mr Sen provides expert evidence for both claimants and defendants in personal and occupational injury claims as well as medical injury cases.

His areas of medicolegal expertise include:

Cases involving abdominal trauma and injury

Emergency as well as elective surgery (including intestinal obstruction, adhesions, peritonitis, appendicitis, abdominal pain, hernias, surgical or obstructive jaundice, splenectomy and all post general surgical complications

Complications of gall bladder surgery

Common perianal conditions such as haemorrhoids, anal fissure, anal fistulas, their surgery and treatment with their long term sequelae and complications.

All aspects of colorectal Surgery

Mr Sen is a senior Consultant Surgeon based at Northwick Park Hospital, and has had extensive experience in colorectal surgery before, in London, Germany, Crawley and at the QEII Birmingham. He completed his surgical training in various London teaching hospitals.

Mr Sen is the author of numerous articles and papers in a wide variety of surgical topics. He was a former examiner for the Final MBBS , he is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Surgery for the Imperial College of Medicine
