Since calling in 2006 James has mainly been involved in reparation and commercial law.
His reparation practice consists of personal injury litigation (with particular emphasis on medical negligence cases) and property damage litigation. In personal injury cases James’s practice is split approximately equally between pursuers and defenders.
James has a general commercial practice, with a particular interest in intellectual property work.
We use a third-party provider, Active Campaign, to deliver our e-newsletters. We collect your email address so we can send our newsletter. Active Campaign gathers statistics around link clicks which we collect to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. We do not use any technology (eg localstorage, cookies etc) to store or access data on your device.
